Our methods for 1to1 and Group training are the same. We follow 2 basic principles involving:

- ALL COURSES ARE CUSTOM MADE (Course Type: IT English, HR English, Technical English)
We follow a principle that we at Business English Academy have developed known as "Interest Targeted Learning®".
Virtually all language schools ONLY complete and create a needs analysis for individuals. We go much further.
We at Business English Academy see that a needs analysis is important but feel another much more important element is missing if success is to be achieved and this element is the individual themselves. How does this individual learn, what sort of person are they? To this end we have developed a system that we have called "Interest Targeted Learning®".
Using this system the trainer will create a complete picture of the person as a whole to understand what kind of program to offer in order to achieve efficient, maximum results.
This program will be completely custom made to fit not only with the participants needs (needs Analysis) but also enables a much more effective, speedy, participant-rewarding training. The participant motivation increases greatly and reaches goals much faster.
Once a trainer has a complete profile of the participant then they are able to devise an accurate training program that will enable participant interactivity and collaboration.
We hand pick trainers for their pedagogic skills and then put them through our training program. It is extremely important to us that they understand our philosophy and embrace it wholly.
It is what we think of as a complete pedagogic training.
All BEA Courses Custom-made
Every single one of the Business English Academy Courses are completely custom made. That is target-specific English. For Example IT English, Financial English, Technical English, Sales English, Legal English and so on.
We believe that if training is to be effective and virtually directly useful to the company then targeted training is the only effective solution. The participant feels directly rewarded and able almost instantly to do their job in the company. Of course the reward for the company is also instant with the participant being able to increase efficiency from day one simply by participating fully when dealing with English speaking clients.

1. Free certified Placement Test**
Each course participant first takes a free placement test which can be completed either online or on paper. The test will determine the participants' current language level as well as their knowledge of grammar.
2. Interest Targeted Learning® system
Using this system, which we have developed, enables us to identify exactly the type of course that meets your exact needs.
3. Course Books – Grammar Books
We have an extensive range of course books to choose from. The choice depends on factors such as the result of the placement test, Interest Targeted Learning® and which sub-system has been chosen. These factors also effect which elements from e-Learning and/ or blended learning are incorporated in the course.
For us, our offer of e-learning is an essential part of modern language learning. It is not a must to include this in a course but can be a very useful addition.
We provide a comprehensive e-learning service for a modern world. You can, for example, work on your grammar or vocabulary online 24 hours a day, every day of the year if you wish. All manners of audio-visual learning are also available here.
Our e-Learning – is completely customized for each course.
Our eLearning System is known as a Learning Management System, or Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
This system differs from almost all other language schools because it is not a fixed or static system. As with real classroom lessons we customize every single one of our eLearning courses to follow a singularly individual learning program specially constructed for a 1to1 or group course. The system can also be used in tandem (Blended Learning – see below) with real classroom lessons. The Virtual Learning Environment, which is enormously flexible, is limited only to the imagination can be incorporate to utilize the following:
· Audio (mp3s) and Video
· Classical text (e.g. word documents, Pdf documents etc.)
· Quizzes, vocabulary exercises and other plug-ins.
· Vocabulary or Glossary databases
· Real-time course participant / trainer interaction through a chat program or videoconferencing
The goal for each individual and each course is to significantly and rapidly raise the language level in accordance with the Common European Framework for Languages (CEF).
Blended Learning refers to a mixing of different learning environments. The phrase has many specific meanings based upon the context in which it is used. Blended learning gives learners and teachers a potential environment to learn and teach more effectively. A blended learning approach can combine face-to-face instruction with computer-mediated instruction. It also applies science or IT activities with the assistance of educational technologies using computer, cellular or smart phones, Satellite television channels, videoconferencing and other emerging electronic media. Learners and teachers work together to improve the quality of learning and teaching, the ultimate aim of blended learning being to provide realistic practical opportunities for learners and teachers to make learning independent, useful, sustainable and ever growing.
